Ben Faber is a Broker Associate and REALTOR® at Compass and the founder and Team Leader of the Faber Real Estate Team, a group of Marin County real estate experts. Born in San Francisco and raised in Larkspur, Ben has lived in Marin for more than 30 years and has been licensed since 2012.

Ben helps Marin homeowners sell for top dollar, from longtime owners selling a family home to sellers preparing a home for a competitive market. His approach combines data- driven pricing, pre-sale preparation and staging, and targeted marketing designed to maximize sale price and minimize time on market. For buyers, Ben and his team uncover on and off-market opportunities and guide clients through competitive offers with clear, honest advice.

Individually, Ben has closed 610+ transaction sides and more than $819 million in sales volume (BAREIS MLS, as of September 2026). The team he leads has closed 780+ sides and over $1 billion in combined sales. Clients work with a full team: licensed agents who show homes and meet buyers on short notice, a marketing team, and support staff who manage every timeline and document.

Ben serves all of Marin, including Mill Valley, Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, Corte Madera, Larkspur, Greenbrae, Kentfield, Ross, San Anselmo, Fairfax, San Rafael, Novato, and West Marin.

A UC Santa Barbara graduate and former collegiate athlete, Ben serves on the Board of Directors for Sponsorship with Twin Cities Little League in Larkspur.
